Soaking Method
First soak the spiny sea cucumber in clear water for about 2 days (depending on the size), changing the water once every 12 hours;
Add two slices of ginger to boiling water, then add the soaked spiny sea cucumber to the pot and boil for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover to soak for about 10 to 12 hours; if the volume is large, repeat the boiling and soaking steps one or two times until the spiny sea cucumber is soft;
