About Delivery

We will deliver to the shipping address you provide via a third-party logistics company. 
You can select the delivery date and time slot on the shopping cart page. Delivery dates are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and time slots are 11 am - 8 pm. 
If no date is selected, we will ship within 2-4 working days after order confirmation; delivery times may be delayed due to traffic, weather, and special circumstances. 

Note:
* No specific delivery times can be arranged for all orders.
* The selected date is for reference only; the actual date will be confirmed by customer service.
* The delivery arrangement for orders is subject to confirmation by customer service.
 
Delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong. Some remote areas are not yet covered by our delivery service, including but not limited to:

New Territories
Yuen Long: Mai Po 
North District: Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau and Luk Keng 
Tai Po District: Lin Au and Shuen Wan 
Sha Tin District: Upper/Lower Wo Che and Fa Sam Hang 
Sai Kung District: Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O and Tai Miu 
 
Kowloon
Koon Yam Shan (Sha Tin Pass Road towards Koon Yam Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road 
 
Outlying Islands
Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and areas outside Chek Lap Kok 
 
* Delivery service does not include container terminals 1-9, restricted/closed areas, and country parks. . 
* For some remote areas or areas with traffic time restrictions by the Highways Department, there may be limitations on delivery time slots. All delivery arrangements are subject to Lo Hong Ka's final decision. 
* In adverse weather conditions (e.g., when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect), delivery service will be suspended and postponed. Our third-party logistics company will contact you to reschedule the delivery date after the relevant warning is lifted. 
* If you provide incorrect delivery information, or if the logistics company fails to contact the customer multiple times or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, resulting in the return of the goods to our company, Lo Hong Ka will charge an additional fee for redelivery.

About Shipping Fees

Enjoy free delivery service for purchases of HK$500 or more. 
For purchases under HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged.
* Special areas may incur additional charges. 
 
About Returns 
 
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. 
 
Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure they are the correct type, quantity, and free from damage or spoilage. If the goods are found to be inconsistent with the ordered type and quantity or are damaged, customers can email support@lohongka.com.hk / whatsapp 54962489 within 3 days from the date of purchase on the website to request an exchange. 
 
The email content should include: 
Order number 
Order amount 
Photos of product issues 
 
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
More than 3 days have passed since the order receipt date;
• The product packaging is not intact, is damaged, or incomplete;
The product has been opened or used;
Items explicitly stated as non-returnable/non-exchangeable;
  
Lo Hong Ka (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
