Black Goji Berries: 4-5 pieces
Rock Sugar: 1 piece
Purified Water: As needed
Bird's Nest Preparation
Soak the bird's nest in purified water for about 3 to 4 hours. After soaking, use tweezers to remove any fine feathers.
Tear the bird's nest into strands.
Filter and wash the bird's nest.
In a double boiler, the water level should just cover the bird's nest by about 1-2 cm, then stew for 30 minutes.

Add Malaysian rock sugar to the bottom of the cup.
Pour the stewed bird's nest into the cup.
Add the black goji berries. Slowly wait for the anthocyanins to dye the liquid, or gently poke them down with tweezers to speed up the coloring process.
