Color Composition

Starry Sky Blue

Black goji berries change color when they encounter water. They can turn blue or purple depending on the quality of the water used to stew the bird's nest.

Cloud White

Using high-quality bird's nest with a lighter color, stewing it for an appropriate amount of time until it forms a silky, crystal-clear state is ideal.

Earth Yellow

From Malaysian rock sugar. Crushed and spread at the bottom of the cup, it slowly transforms into an earthy color as it melts.
