🌿 Mung Bean, Job's Tears, and Winter Melon Soup: Relieves heatstroke, promotes urination, removes dampness, and says goodbye to edema!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup mung beans, 1/4 cup Job's tears, 1 piece winter melon, 3 candied dates, 1 piece dried tangerine peel
Method: Soak mung beans and Job's tears for 30 minutes in advance. Wash all ingredients, put them in a pot, add water, and boil for about 1 hour.
