Ingredients:
2 Young Coconuts
3 Eggs
1 carton Fresh Milk
20g Ready-to-eat Bird's Nest
1. First, cut off the pointed part of the young coconut (cut about 2cm). Use a knife to firmly tap four openings around the bottom circumference of the coconut, drain the coconut water and set aside. Then, cut off the lid from the opening at the bottom of the coconut (as this part is softer).
2. Heat a pot slightly, pour in the milk, quickly add sugar and stir, then turn off the heat and set aside. Mix and stir the egg whites with the coconut water, and strain with a filter. Pour in the reserved fresh milk, stir, and the fresh milk and egg white mixture is complete!
3. Pour the prepared fresh milk and egg white mixture into the young coconuts. The coconut milk custard is basically ready for steaming. Tightly wrap the coconuts with aluminum foil, place them on a steaming rack, and steam over high heat for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it steam for another 5 minutes using the residual heat.
4. The steamed coconut milk custard will emit a delicate coconut aroma. Finally, slowly pour in the prepared bird's nest. Done.
