Bird's nest 2 pieces (approx. 15g)
Red dates 10 pieces
Lily bulb 10g
Rock sugar a little
Method:
First, pit the red dates, wash and drain them along with the lily bulb, and set aside.
Place the red dates and lily bulb into a stew pot, add 1 bowl of boiled water, and stew for 45 minutes.
Add the pre-soaked, washed, and drained bird's nest, along with an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and stew for another 20-30 minutes.
