Red Date Lily Stewed Bird's Nest Recipe

Bird's nest is rich in water-soluble protein (about 50%) and contains a variety of amino acids, cellulose, carbohydrates, and a small amount of fat. It also contains minerals such as calcium, sulfur, potassium, phosphorus, and iodine. It is particularly beneficial for children's development and accelerates recovery after illness and childbirth. Benefits: Nourishes yin and moisturizes dryness, regulates the body, strengthens the physique.

  Ingredients: Bird's nest 2 pieces (approx. 15g) Red dates 10 pieces Lily bulb 10g Rock sugar a little   Method:
  1. First, pit the red dates, wash and drain them along with the lily bulb, and set aside.
  2. Place the red dates and lily bulb into a stew pot, add 1 bowl of boiled water, and stew for 45 minutes.
  3. Add the pre-soaked, washed, and drained bird's nest, along with an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and stew for another 20-30 minutes.
