Bird's Nest Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
Bird's Nest 2 pieces (approx. 15g)
Chicken 1
Dried Longan Meat 12g
Ginger Slices 2
Salt A pinch
Method:
- Wash and blanch the chicken first, soak and wash the dried longan meat and set aside.
- Place the chicken, dried longan meat, and ginger slices into a double boiler, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, and double boil for 3 hours.
- Add the rehydrated, washed, and drained bird's nest, and double boil for another 20-30 minutes.
- Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
