Osmanthus

Mizu Shingen Mochi (with Bird's Nest)
Water 500 ml
Sugar 15 g
Agar-agar powder 50 g
Cherry blossoms, osmanthus, roses, appropriate amount
Instant bird's nest, appropriate amount
Brown sugar syrup, appropriate amount
Petals
Rinse the cherry blossoms to remove salt, then soak in hot water until the petals open, set aside.
Soak roses in hot water until softened, set aside.
Similarly, soak osmanthus in hot water until softened, set aside.
Agar-agar Syrup
Mix agar-agar powder and sugar thoroughly.
Combine agar-agar powder, sugar, and water, stir over low heat until boiling, then turn off the heat.
Ingredients into molds
Place the three types of petals and instant bird's nest into molds. Then pour in the agar-agar syrup.
Cover the molds, and use a funnel to pour in the remaining half of the agar-agar syrup. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
After chilling, drizzle with brown sugar and serve.
Christmas Crystal
Find a colorful stand, then place the Mizu Shingen Mochi on it.
Agar-agar solidifies at room temperature and won't melt even after prolonged display.
Can be left out for a long time at parties.
