The Principle of Health Preservation by Drinking Food Enzymes

The human body secretes enzymes to digest food in the gastrointestinal system. 3. Digestion and Detoxification:

 Enzymes are indispensable elements in the human body's process of digesting and absorbing nutrients. Taking food enzymes can better aid digestion and absorption. Enzymes can also help tissue cells break down and metabolize residual waste in the body, keeping the body in a normal state.
