Why do I need spirulina?

Why do I need spirulina?

To this day, our daily lifestyles lead us to unintentional exposure to radiation, human pollution of the environment, and modern people's unhealthy living habits, all of which can subtly and gradually deteriorate the body. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the causes of disease to the public and promote the benefits of spirulina:
  1. Radiation: a Silent Killer Lurking Around

Radiation is ubiquitous in daily life, including mobile phones, computers, televisions, microwave ovens, and so on. City dwellers spend long hours with electronic products, constantly exposed to radiation, which can harm the human body, with the strongest effects potentially leading to cancer.   In addition to direct exposure, radiation can also enter the body through ingestion or inhalation. Its physiological damage has an incubation period; acute effects can appear within hours to days, while long-term effects generally appear years later, potentially affecting various organs in the body.
Severe Organ Diseases Caused Incidence per 10,000 people
1. Stomach 110 people
2. Colon 85 people
3. Lung 85 people
4. Red Bone Marrow 50 people
5. Esophagus 30 people
  Evidence of Spirulina's Anti-Radiation Properties:
  • After the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident in 1986, over 160,000 children suffered from radiation-contaminated food, with sequelae including leukemia, anemia, thyroid diseases, and various cancers. Local hospitals extensively sought donations of spirulina to aid the sick children.
  • The Soviet Ministry of Health also affirmed spirulina's anti-radiation efficacy.
  • The Belarusian Institute of Radiation Medicine confirmed that taking 5 grams of spirulina daily can reduce radioactive substances in the body by 50%.

  1. Pollution and Toxins Are Everywhere

The air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat daily all contain toxins such as heavy metals, pesticides, and other chemical waste. Indoor pollution culprits include dust, suspended particulates, as well as cooking fumes, garbage odors, toxic gases released from building materials, and secondhand smoke, all of which can severely affect skin and human health.
  1. Unhealthy Lifestyle Habits

City dwellers face high stress, poor sleep quality, prolonged lack of exercise, irregular meals, and unbalanced diets, consuming mostly high-fat and high-sugar foods, which easily leads to obesity and makes the body weak and tired. The liver detoxifies at night, so staying up late affects immunity, hormones, and metabolism, further impacting health.   Spirulina's "Chlorella Growth Factor" component can effectively activate the human immune system, revitalize cell metabolism, increase the growth of beneficial bacteria in the body, and help eliminate toxic heavy metals, harmful pesticides, and toxic chemical compounds from the environment.
  1. Difficult to Lose Weight Without Dieting or Exercise

Eating too few fruits and vegetables and lack of exercise are common causes of constipation due to insufficient bowel movement.   Spirulina is rich in dietary fiber, which acts like an absorbent sponge to cleanse and remove accumulated waste from the body. NASA has confirmed that spirulina's nutritional value is 1000 times that of fruits and vegetables, effectively promoting intestinal peristalsis and clearing stubborn waste. Furthermore, spirulina has a unique structure, without the cellulose cell walls found in most plants, allowing it to be directly absorbed by the human body after consumption, making it even more effective in cleansing the intestines and detoxifying the body.   Building muscle can help the body burn fat at rest, saying goodbye to loose, flabby flesh.   Spirulina has a protein content of up to 65%, and its water-soluble protein is easily absorbed by the human body. Unlike protein from meat, it contains no cholesterol or animal fat, preventing excessive calorie intake and providing a reliable source of protein.
