Delivered to customers' homes within 2-4 days, packaged in insulated foam and transported by refrigerated vehicles to ensure the bird's nest maintains its quality during transit. Customers also have the option to pick up their orders at our stores.

Customers are advised to consume one tablespoon in the morning and evening, which can be added to soy milk, milk, or other desserts. Refrigerate at 1-4°C after opening and consume within two weeks.

Bird's nests are built by both male and female swiftlets before incubation, and thus should not contain sex hormones. If bird's nest is said to contain a certain hormone, it is definitely not a sex hormone, but rather polypeptides and proteins, with amino acids being the main components.

Consuming bird's nest is not cruel

Swallows never reuse their nests; each nest is used only once. After the young swiftlets hatch and learn to fly, they abandon the nest. If the swiftlet mother reproduces again, she will build a new nest. Swiftlet farmers only collect abandoned nests that swiftlets no longer use.

Bird's nest does not cause cancer
