Lo Hong Ka's Hong Kong factory is located on Texaco Road in Tsuen Wan, where ready-to-eat bird's nest is freshly produced daily and delivered to over a dozen stores in Hong Kong and Macau, as well as online customers.

Delivered to customers' homes within 2-4 days, packaged in insulating styrofoam and transported by refrigerated vehicles to ensure the quality of the bird's nest remains unchanged during transit. Customers can also choose to pick up at our stores.

Customers are advised to take one tablespoon in the morning and evening, which can be added to soy milk, milk, or other desserts. After opening, refrigerate at 1-4°C and consume within two weeks.

Bird's nest does not contain sex hormones

Bird's nests are built by both male and female swiftlets before incubation and should not contain sex hormones. If bird's nest is said to contain any hormones, these are definitely not sex hormones, but rather polypeptides and proteins, with amino acids being the main components.

Eating bird's nest is not cruel

Swifts never reuse their nests; each nest is used only once. After the young swiftlets hatch and learn to fly, they abandon the nest. If the mother swift lays eggs again, she will build a new nest. Swiftlet farmers only harvest nests that have been abandoned by the swiftlets.

Bird's nest does not cause cancer

The addition of chemicals by unscrupulous vendors to alter the color of bird's nest is the cause of carcinogenicity. It is important to choose reputable, established brands. In fact, research from the Chinese University of Hong Kong has found that the sialic acid in bird's nest can moisturize the skin and enhance beauty, and even inhibit bacterial growth.
