    Soaking Method
    1. First, soak the spiky sea cucumber in clean water for about 2 days(depending on the size), changing the water every 12 hours;

Turn off the heat and cover, soaking for about 10 to 12 hours. If the sea cucumber is larger, repeat the boiling and soaking steps one to two times until the spiky sea cucumber is soft;
